POSITION INFO:

• Leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
• Developing financial models and scenario planning to assess business risks and opportunities.
• Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
• Preparing detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA professional.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
