SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a passion for driving business performance? We’re looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal. This role will put you at the heart of financial decision-making, where your insights will directly impact growth, strategy, and performance

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
Providing financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
Developing financial models and scenario planning to assess business risks and opportunities.
Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Preparing detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.
Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA professional.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
