JOB DESCRIPTION:

A national franchise in the FMCG industry would like to employ a Financial administrator in Pinetown. This position is immediately available

Minimum requirements:

2 years debtors and creditors experience
Experience being responsible for inventory control in a warehouse
Pastel experience
Comfortable working both in an office and on the warehouse floor
Own transport

Duties:

Report to Warehouse manager and Administration manager
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Dealing with queries
Petty cash
Assist with petty cash
Stock shortage reports
Filing
Liaising with creditors clerk
Reporting – Daily and weekly
IBT

Working hours: Monday to Friday with a monthly stock take on Saturday

Salary: R 14 000 – R 15 000 per month.
