POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Logistic industry is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor/Manager to join their team.

Fleet Supervisor / Fleet Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily fleet and distribution operations across regional and long-distance routes
Plan and optimize delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization
Monitor vehicle tracking, delivery performance, and cold chain compliance
Oversee maintenance, servicing, and vehicle roadworthiness
Supervise drivers and fleet staff, including performance, safety, and training
Control fuel usage, fleet costs, and identify efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
Compile fleet reports and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management (advantageous)
3–5 years’ experience in fleet/logistics management
Experience in FMCG, distribution, or cold chain (advantageous)
Proven experience managing drivers and fleet operations
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 16:00
Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00
