SUMMARY:
Join an award-winning hospitality group as a Food and Beverage Manager, where exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all F&B operations and ensure service excellence across our venues.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the F&B team across all outlets (restaurant, bar, events, etc.)
Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring memorable dining experiences
Oversee stock control, procurement, menu planning, and supplier relations
Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, ensuring high staff morale and development
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational policies
Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor key performance metrics

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong operational knowledge of F&B best practices, trends, and service standards
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering world-class service
