POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:

• Be the go-to partner for franchisees, supporting day-to-day operations and growth
• Act as the link between franchisees, head office, operations, and marketing
• Lead and coordinate regional operational branches to deliver consistent results
• Drive performance, efficiency, and brand standards across the network
• Analyse financial performance and implement action plans to maximise results
• Roll out marketing initiatives and operational strategies in the field
• Ensure strong reporting, compliance, and operational alignment

• Degree in Business or a related field
• Proven franchise and operations experience within the FMCG space
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• A hands-on, results-driven mindset
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally
