What You’ll Be Doing

Drive new B2B sales and secure contract-based business in the Durban region

Manage and grow existing client accounts, including renewals and upselling

Oversee branch performance, supporting service delivery and client satisfaction

Present and sell bundled hygiene and contract service solutions

Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales within a services-based environment

Background in contract cleaning, hygiene services, facilities services, or industrial sales

Experience managing service contracts, SLAs, and key client relationships

Ability to support or manage branch-level operations

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)

Matric required; a qualification in Sales, Business Management, or Operations is advantageous
