JOB SUMMARY:
The Front of House Supervisor forms part of the restaurant management team and provides a supporting role with regards to front of house and administration responsibilities. This Restaurant requires an individual who loves working under pressure and that is committed to providing consistent world class service to all visitors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas include:

Customer service with attention to detail
Supervision of front of house and beverage staff
Restaurant administration
Understanding and owning the Company brand and leading by example to instil a passion for food and wine into staff on an ongoing basis

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Hospitality diploma or equivalent
Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent people and communication skills
A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
A team player
Strong administration skills

The Restaurant operates seven days a week, the successful candidate, would as such, be required to work weekends on a shift basis.
