POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to developers
Contribute to architectural and system design decisions
Uphold high standards in code quality, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning
Develop and maintain full stack applications
Build and integrate APIs
Ensure system performance, security, and reliability
Manage deployments across environments

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of professional development experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Razor, LINQ, Web Applications, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (we are also open to strong intermediate candidates with 3+ years of experience)
Demonstrated leadership and team guidance experience
Exposure to system architecture and technical design
Stable employment history (minimum 2 years at your current or previous employers)
Must be able to work in-office 5 days per week
Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Sandton
