SUMMARY:
Functional Consultant MS Dynamics 365 - 6month Contract

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and deliver high-quality business solutions. This role is responsible for analysing and defining business requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes and define functional requirements
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations
Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Drive change management within complex organisational environments
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum project teams
Deliver innovative, scalable solutions aligned to business needs

Requirements:

7–8+ years’ experience in software development project implementation
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant on large-scale IT/ERP projects
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Experience in project management and team development
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and bring innovative solutions
