POSITION INFO:

A property company is looking for a Fund Accountant.

As the Fund Accountant; you will be responsible for determining the strategy, processes and procedures and to execute, review and provide financial management information and accounting functions across legal entities.

As a Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Compile financial reporting
Attend monthly management meetings and Asset Management meetings
Producing monthly information for Management Accounting Team
Approve and release payments
Check reconciliations of the Balance sheet
Provide CAPEX actual versus budget variances
Prepare Exco and Board Reports
Liaise with International Finance
Assist with budget planning
Execute special projects as per request

Qualifications:

Bcom or CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 5 - 10 years experience

3 years in a management level

Property or Financial Services would be advantageous
