Fund Accountant - Fund Administrator

OBJECTIVE:

Asset administration and calculation of the NAV per unit.

Fund Accounting to Balance sheet, as well as account reconciliations.

Ensuring a full understanding of the principles of TCF and how these translate into the

overall objectives of the company.

All employees are responsible for complying with the principles and practices of

Information Security Management. It is incumbent on all employees to fully understand

the policies of the company in ensuring the security of all information within the business.

Supporting management in raising incidents, implementation of controls, processes and

supporting tools to comply with and manage information security risks.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS):

Understand, process, and monitor daily / monthly reconciliations

Understand NAV calculations process and Fund Accounting for CIS clients, Hedge

Fund clients and Offshore clients

Ensure Fund Accounting is completed and reviewed within the expected time frame

Understand and process Total Expense Ratios

Understand and implement company’s operations environment within the client administration

Team

Full understanding of Company’s operations and CIS terminology

Full understanding of Corporate Actions and their effect on client portfolios

Full understanding of hedge fund conventions and derivative instruments

Ensure company processes are fully understood by clients

Identify and resolve any uncertainties relating to procedures

Resolve queries

Ensure sustainable operational environment, i.e. documentation – ensure appropriate

standards are followed; assist other team members as appropriate

Facilitate trades, trade payments and management fee payments

Understand and process creations and redemptions

Understand and implement distribution processing.

Experience and Qualifications

3 Years Fund Accounting and NAV Calculations.

Graduate with sound Accounting knowledge and skills and some mathematical skill.
