POSITION INFO:

Drive the efficient operation of industrial services, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Oversee planned maintenance, optimise energy and water use, and manage budgets. Build team competencies through training and implementation of maintenance methodologies. Lead asset improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards, and utilise AMM systems for maintenance excellence. Deliver utilities like steam, refrigeration, and air handling effectively.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering management within the FMCG food processing or related manufacturing environment.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with TPM, asset maintenance, and SAP PM (AMM system).
Expertise in managing and operating industrial services, including coal-fired/HFO boilers, ammonia plants, and air heaters.
Strong capability in budgeting, cost monitoring, and driving energy and water-saving initiatives.
Ability to build engineering capability through technical training and competence-building plans.
