SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for driving sales performance across new and pre-owned motorcycles, while leading a high-energy sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong brand ambassador, a strategic leader, and a hands-on manager who can balance sales execution, team development, and operational oversight.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
3–5 years’ experience managing a successful sales team (preferably in automotive or motorcycle retail)
7–10 years’ overall sales experience
Knowledge of lead management, online sales tools, and structured sales processes
Solid financial understanding, budgeting, and profit management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s licence (motorcycle licence an advantage)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing is beneficial
