SUMMARY:
One of our clients is looking for a dynamic individual to take up the role of GM - Human Capital Shared Services and become a part of their team!

POSITION INFO:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the strategic alignment of the Remuneration, Benefits, Organisational Design, Employee Wellness and Management Information Systems (MIS) functions to that of Human Capital and the organisation. To ensure the accurate, efficient and timeous management of the group payroll.

Minimum qualification required:

Masters or Bachelor''s Degree/Diploma/NQF Level 8 - Honours Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology (essential)
GRP qualification advantageous

Experience Required:

Senior management in Human Capital Management (mainly in the fields of Remuneration, Organisation Design and Payroll Management, Wellness and Benefits)
Minimum of 12 years experience essential
