SUMMARY:
This is a hands-on, senior HR role for leaders who thrive on the factory floor and in the boardroom. Lead HR for a large, unionised manufacturing workforce and partner with Manufacturing & Supply Chain executives to shape workforce strategy, industrial relations, and operational performance.

You’ll be part of a listed company with a strong footprint in manufacturing and supply chain across South Africa and beyond.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

10+ years’ generalist HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or mining
3–5 years in a senior/ executive HR leadership role
Strong, proven industrial relations experience in unionised environments
Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain teams
Confident operating strategically and on the ground
Relevant tertiary qualification (post-grad is advantageous)

On-site presence required — therefore this individual must be based in or willing to travel to Sasolburg 2–3 times/week
