SUMMARY:
Our client, based in the East Rand, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 3 to 6-month temporary assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can step in and provide strategic and operational HR support during a transitional period. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing HR team

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide general HR operational support to the department.
Manage the Human Resources function for the assigned department.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation including BCEA, LRA, and other relevant regulations.
Support performance management processes.
Maintain accurate HR records, Documentation and reporting.
Maintain and oversee HR administration, records, and documentation.
Work collaboratively with the other HR Managers and HR team.
Support organisational development and HR strategy implementation.
Provide guidance on training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant HR qualification (Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field)
4 – 7 years’ experience in an HR Manager role
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, POPIA etc.)
Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary processes, and CCMA matters
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to assist with HR operations in a fast-paced environment
Available to start immediately.
