SUMMARY:
This property marketing arm of a large Energy group - BASED IN NELSPRUIT - needs a strong property prospector and developer to scour for property development opportunities to build their physical brand

POSITION INFO:

• Degree or Diploma in engineering, building Sciences/town planning or related
• Min 5 years'' exp in property management, acquisition and development
• Knowledge and understanding of the development and management of property, contracting and approval processes required
• Experience in the Energy or Fuel Industries and Site and Retail licencing a big plus
