SUMMARY:
This property marketing arm of a large Energy group - BASED IN NELSPRUIT - needs a strong property prospector and developer to scour for property development opportunities to build their physical brand

POSITION INFO:

Degree or Diploma in engineering, building Sciences/town planning or related
Min 5 years'' exp in property management, acquisition and development
Knowledge and understanding of the development and management of property, contracting and approval processes required
Experience in the Energy or Fuel Industries and Site and Retail licencing a big plus
