Marketing Manager

Lead external marketing activity for a property data and marketing intelligence platform that helps estate agents uncover opportunities.

Remote (South Africa) with hybrid office and home working options. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm.

Salary: R40 000 -R55 000 per month

The client is a UK property data and marketing intelligence platform built for estate agents and property businesses. They provide tools to uncover hidden sellers and landlords, access contact details, and run targeted marketing campaigns.

The Role: Marketing Manager

The purpose of this role is to own and manage all external marketing activity to build brand presence across the property industry and generate inbound leads. It exists to educate the market, build awareness, and ensure marketing infrastructure runs effectively to support commercial growth. The main focus areas include market research, content creation, campaign management, and channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate 3–7 years of marketing experience as a requirement for this role.
• Own the external marketing strategy and day-to-day activity including research of the property technology market.
• Plan and publish blogs, guides, and industry insights designed to attract property professionals.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Create outbound email campaigns and marketing automation using HubSpot to build conversion funnels.
• Manage website content, including landing pages and campaign pages.
• Coordinate webinars, product announcements, and campaign launches.
• Track marketing performance and improve campaigns using data and analytics.

About You

• 3–7 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing role.
• Experience running paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong content creation skills and familiarity with HubSpot.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and digital channels, including SEO and email marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing start-up environment.
• Experience in property, proptech, or SaaS is desirable.
• Experience marketing to estate agents or property professionals is a plus.
