Pretoria (Tshwane), Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Young admitted Attorney with Minimum 1-3 Years' working experience
* MUST have HR knowledge/experience (Provide advice and
support on HR Issues to Employees and Management in
keeping up with HR Practices
* Industrial Relations:
Ensure Company Disciplinary Code & Policies comply with all
Statutory Acts
* Deal with Bargaining Council & Unions
* Recruitment & Retention
* HR Administrative System - Employment Contracts
* Training & Development
* Employment Equity : Update EE Plan & Reports - Submissions
to Dept of Labour
* Advise Various Companies in the Group on different LEGAL
Matters
* Travel Nationally, from time to time
* Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
