JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Executive to join their company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Completed matric / equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification

Experience and Requirements:

5 or more years’ experience in Syspro, SQL AND SSRS IS ESSENTIAL AND NOT NEGOTIABLE
3 or more years in Business Analysis (Qlik will be an added advantage)
Must be a business analysis and do problem-solving
Must be Proactive
Bar Coding systems implementation
Business acumen
Must be client service and solutions driven
Outstanding communication across all levels
Team player
Must be self-motivated
Highly disciplined
Attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transport
A stable work record and contactable references

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Responsible for the implementation and management of the full Syspro/ SQL and Qlik Sense data analytics solution.
Solution design and developments
Ability to solve complex problems
Reporting to senior executives on a regular basis.
Successfully implement new systems and processes, ensure continued success
Train users to follow processes
Analyse business and recommend improvements
Change management of new systems and processes
Identify and document business requirements and process flows
Ability to solve complex problems
Administration of Systems with a focus on atomization across all platforms
Drive business to be more efficient and entirely system driven
Retrieve information from various systems and compile reports
Must be ahead of the technological curve to ensure what being done is relevant.
Must have the ability to report and manage over IT Budget
System up time
Supervise / manage IT subordinates (i.e., Junior IT staff)
Include Qdocs & BI Portal (IT software to be managed)
Ensure IT SOFTWARE / HARDWARE is safe guarded from potential threats / risks
Various IT Service providers to be held accountable
Ensure IT Controls / Processes are applied consistently across the various entities
Ensure business continuity (i.e., Backups / failover internet solutions etc.)
