JOB SUMMARY:
General Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a chance to work for a forward thinking creative company where providing an outstanding Customer Service is key.

Duties:

*Provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of professionals from different industries
*Create a warm welcoming environment for our members and their guests
*Deal with member requests in a prompt and timely manner
*Book meeting rooms for members
*Set up and refresh meeting rooms throughout the day ensuring food, beverage, teas and coffees are in the meeting rooms on-time
*Ensure facilities are presentable and tidy at all times
*Assisting with networking events and facilitate member introductions where appropriate (this could be outside of normal working hours)

Requirements:

*Excellent communication skills
*Positive approach and can-do attitude
*Ability to multitask and prioritise
