JOB SUMMARY:
General Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration.
  • Raise project numbers.
  • Manage travel and accommodation.
  • Database management.
  • Distribute external and internal mail.
  • Arrange inspections with the customer.
  • Issue inspection files to engineers and keep a log of when they are due.
  • Produce reports following routine inspections, send the report to the customer and update the database.
