Description

The main responsibilities of the Assistant are:

Helping out with reception meeting and greeting guests
Audio typing
Admin support to the fee earners
Assisting with Private Client and Family
Printing and filing documents
Answering telephone enquiries and emails
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Organising meetings and taking minutes

Profile

The successful Assistant will posses:

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills
