JOB SUMMARY:
General Foreman required to work on multi level building structures on large residential building projects in Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Effective management of sub-contractors
Manage and direct site based staff as well as handle the management processes on site
Planning, organising, communicating and monitoring the production and construction process, ensuring that financial costing is adhered to project plan.
Ensuring that all adheres to the Environmental plan, proper communication to individuals and teams and ensuring compliance to Safety & Quality policies, procedures and standards.

Experience required: 20+ years experience with large building projects with large building contractors as GF

Our Client have 3 large multi story building projects in Cape Town and are expanding at a rapid rate and they would like to increase their manpower in Cape Town
