POSITION INFO:
A reputable construction company based in Stellenbosch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead and manage various building projects in the region. If you’re a hands-on professional with a strong background in site supervision, quality control, and team leadership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with project managers and clients.
• Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Foreman or General Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications and a valid driver’s license.
