Lead a high-performing operational division where strategic leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence drive success. The role is responsible for managing operational delivery, profitability, compliance, staff performance, and strategic planning across the Lowveld business unit. You will oversee service delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. This position requires a commercially minded operational leader with strong people management and strategic planning capability.
