JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, South Africa’s leader in importing and supplying a wide range of equipment brands is currently looking for a General Manager to head up the South African division of one of their subsidiaries. This is an ideal opportunity for a regional or divisional manager in the compressor industry who is looking for their next career move.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary education
Experience in the compressor industry
Outstanding business acumen
Experience of full P&L responsibility for multi-million rand business or BU’s
Some finance and accounting knowledge
The ability to build and lead a high-performing team
The ability to present clearly and concisely at an Exco / Board level
The ability to deliver results in a high-pressured environment and to meet tight deadlines
