JOB SUMMARY:
To develop and implement a total reward and benefits philosophy, policies, and processes in line with business strategy and grading conventions, pay-lines and other remuneration and benefit parameters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification
Specialised experience in remuneration, benefits, mobility, job evaluation and payroll
Africa remuneration & benefits experience
Proven track record of demonstrating business acumen
Evidence of effectively applying new thinking to drive improvement and efficiency
Extensive experience working with VIP Premier
Proven track record of ability to identify areas that are at risk, and require improvement, develop a plan and implement change
Interacting at multiple levels of management and Senior Level
This role will require the incumbent to travel
Clear ITC record
Highest level of tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Extensive knowledge of South African and Africa labour legislation and labour relations processes
Understanding bargaining council structures and collective agreements
Sound understanding of all labour relations processes
Broad financial and commercial acumen
