JOB SUMMARY:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed business performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
Interact and engage with other General Managers within the group to ensure integration and strategic alignment (are there existing other GM’s within the Group)

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

Manage client requirements and/or expectations and effective contract management
Build and manage sound relationships across all levels within the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Effectively manage and resolve conflicts resulting from performance levels and maintain a reputable good service delivery.
Represent the company in high level supply or commercial initiatives and negotiations where required.
Report to shareholders/board on organizational plans and performance
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company's brand
Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Electrical/Mechanical diploma as per the OHS requirements
Public Private Partnership experience
10 years relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record.
