The incumbent would ensure that the company’s purpose is successfully distilled throughout their operations in Africa. The overall purpose of the job is to manage and lead an effective, efficient, comprehensive, independent, and objective team. This organisation strives to be a reliable partner, optimising operations to deliver constant value to all its stakeholders. The role will include duties such as:

Divisional Business Management
Financial Management
Risk Management
Contract Management
SHEQ Management
Asset Management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Honours degree in Engineering or Management
MBA would be advantageous
15-20 years in Mining
