Manage and oversee Compliance, Financial, Inventory and Purchasing, including continuous improvements. Overseeing daily business operations. Creating and managing budgets. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analysing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities / strategies within the department. Generating reports and giving presentations. Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit. Generate business, cost and employee reports to management. Manage orientations and exit interviews for employees. Manage administrative, procurement, logistical, and accounting services to support company operations. Timesheet Approvals for direct reports. Purchase order mandate and recoveries. Oversee the ISO 9001 2015 accreditation including training, updating and continuously improving the process and reducing and correcting nonconformance with the teams timeously. Training low-level managers and staff / Develop and manage the training process and continuously review the potential in upskilling staff with budgeted training monthly.Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations. Respond to employee concerns in timely manner. Provide direction and guidance to regional employees in their assigned job duties. Sign off Purchase orders, training, creditors reconciliations and daily payments. Manage debtors, invoicing, recovery. Oversee management accounts.
