JOB SUMMARY:
Upmarket Hospitality Group catering to high end clients and guests from the professional, business and social sectors seeks vibrant, charasmatic and entrepreneurial General Manager with a passsion for hospitality and guest relations, as well as a strong financial and operational / Food and beverage background.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will suit confident, driven and strategic leader, who leads by example and is committed to achieving profitability by ensuring high operating standards resulting in outstanding guest experiences.

Report to Board of Directors and in conjunction with your management team, oversee the mangement of day to day operations, ensuring excellent service and exemplary food and beverage operations. Take charge of staffing, training, performance and disciplinarly procedures whilst ensuring adherance to high level of cleanliness and customer experience. Manage financial performance by driving sales and revenue whilst ensuring cost control and managing operating and capital budgets. Establish and implement strong marketing plan.
