Duties:

Develop and maintain financial models to analyse the performance of various property assets.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial assets.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for multiple properties and projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years relevant property industry knowledge.
