JOB SUMMARY:
General Manager Procurement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To create and drive the implementation of a cost-effective procurement sourcing strategy within the governance and compliance framework with the aim of reducing cost and complexity and improving procurement service levels and efficiency in an increasingly complex partner and supplier eco system. To build and maintain an enabled Procurement organisation and operating model, working in South Africa, whilst building synergies across Africa and Global. To implement and optimise Procurement Technology in creating agile and efficient ways of work. You must have experience in transforming a procurement environment into a world class team. You will need a 4 year degree, and MBA preferable, and several year at a senior management level.
