SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to manage and oversee the finance, administration, marketing, operations, human resources and strategy function in an event management / hospitality environment in the Western Cape. The position reports directly to the Chair of the Management Committee.

POSITION INFO:
To be considered for this role, you must have a tertiary business administration, finance or related degree with at least 10 years’ experience in a senior management role within the hospitality; facility or related industries. Strong event management and planning experience will serve as recommendation.

Your role will involve developing and executing strategic and business plans, so hands-on experience in these areas is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are crucial for effectively managing a diverse team.

We are seeking a General Executive Manager with strong business acumen and a good financial understanding. You must be able to make sound strategic decisions based on operational requirements as well as lead the implementation thereof.
