POSITION INFO:

Key performance areas for this position will include the following:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, sales, and distribution strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing, sales, and distribution teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and distribution channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, and distribution roles, with a minimum of +5 years in a managerial or leadership position- within the cable manufacturing industry essential
• Understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and distribution channels in the cable industry will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a demonstrated track record of using data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets.

Salary - R80 - R90 kpm CTC
