JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a General Manager: Structured Finance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Experience:

Post graduate qualification i.e. B-Degree (Hons) in either Finance, Economics, Business Management,
Agriculture and, or Development Finance.
10 years Identifying, negotiating and concluding multifaceted Structured Finance / Project Finance and Equity transactions.
5-8 years Structuring bespoke solutions and advisory services of complex financing structures and transactions, which typically involve structured loans, equity and interest derivative components.
5-8 years Relationship development and management of key stakeholders (internal and external) including legal, advisory and funding partners.
3-5 years Dynamic team leadership, either at Team
Lead Level or Middle Management and proven mentoring initiatives.

Critical Competencies

Microsoft Office
Business Environment
Risk Management Principles
Manage Project Management
Structured Investments and Finance, and or Banking Solutions
Relevant legislative frameworks
