Global Mobility Lead (Consulting and Advisory Services)

Location: Virtual Office / South Africa

Position Overview:

A global technology and innovatively driven Consulting and Advisory Services firm is seeking to employ an experienced Global Mobility Lead to establish a global mobility function for the group.

One will be responsible for the management of mobility requests and management of international assignments while guiding stakeholders on mobility-related activities.

Key Performance Areas:

• Define the people mobility vision and strategy.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of international assignments.
• Manage intake of mobility requests from stakeholders in the region (where required).
• Stakeholder relationship education and management.
• Understand the business case to map the appropriate relocation package, prepare cost estimates and manage the preparation of assignment contract/s.
• Ensure letters of assignment and all relevant assignment documentation are prepared efficiently and effectively, working with relevant partners e.g., HR, Finance etc.
• Manage relocation services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Sound general knowledge of Generalist HR Recruitment and Selection, Career Management, Performance Reviews, Termination, Remuneration, Induction and Employee Relations.
• Excellent understanding of Tax and Immigration Legislation, as well as relevant Employment Law.
• Must have dealt extensively with Global Mobility Services across the following countries: USA / Europe (essential).
