My client is looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic HR & Finance team, bringing expertise in UK, Latin American, and other international payrolls.

As the Payroll Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. You'll act as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and global payroll vendors, and play a pivotal role in supporting their growing international workforce.

As the Global Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Collaborate with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as external payroll vendors, to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
Manage and oversee UK payroll operations, ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations and UK-specific statutory requirements
Stay current with local and international payroll legislation to ensure end-to-end compliance
Ensure data accuracy within payroll systems and lead payroll audits and reconciliations
Generate and present reports and insights to support HR and Finance decision-making
Support payroll transitions, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll matters
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, data privacy, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of international payroll experience
Strong knowledge of UK and LATAM payroll practices (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, etc.)
Experience working with global payroll vendors and cloud-based HRIS/payroll systems
Attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills
