POSITION INFO:
Are you a dynamic, recently graduated engineer ready to dive into the fast-paced world of Fast-Moving Production?
Benchmark FMCG company, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Helderberg area is looking for future leaders to join their team!
You will gain hands-on experience across critical functions, ensuring high-speed production, efficiency, and quality for some of South Africaâs most recognizable brands.
You Will: Manage and optimize high-tech production lines and automated systems,Â Implement Continuous Improvement projects (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma), Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and process issues, Work closely with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, R&D), Drive projects focused on sustainability and cost reduction.

Requirements:
A recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a BEng/BSc/B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
A strong academic record and a passion for manufacturing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a hunger to learn.
Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.
