SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate who is passionate about building a long-term career in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in financial planning, client relationship management, and helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through sound financial strategies and advice.

This is not a short-term stepping stone position. We are looking for someone who is committed to developing into a trusted financial planning professional and who is eager to grow within a client-focused advisory environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

BCom Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Financial Planning, Investments, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in personal financial planning and wealth management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Own vehicle and laptop.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive financial planning strategies for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and exceptional service.
Conduct research on financial products, investment solutions, and market trends.
