JOB SUMMARY:
Non negotiable: Already 1-2 years experience at this level within ad agency.

Preferably 8-10 years experience in a mid management position working in marketing, advertising/ comms field on an FS brand.

Creative agency with a presence in JHB and CT and global partner agencies who are serious about origination & excellence for their long standing clients are looking for a seasoned Client Service professional.

Committed to the principles of Employment Equity, preference will be given to PDI.

In this role, you will be responsible for full service, effective Client account management always ensuring efficiency and working to maintain and grow the client business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

Establish and maintain productive communication between the Client and the Agency
Maintain a good relationship and close contact with the senior client and agency staff
Gain the trust and respect of senior client leads across business units/verticals

Account Management

Manage the delivery of services to Clients
Co-ordinate and manage all Agency services
Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities
Provide recommendations and analysis/reporting

Financial Management

Ensure that Client accounts are correct & delivered on time and paid timeously
Effectively managing client retainer and reporting

Human Relations

Assist in the professional growth of the junior client service managers
Work closely and provide support to the Business director / Head of Account Management

Business development

Requirements:

Financial Sector and FMCG experience advantageous
Working knowledge across MS applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams as well as Keynote &Mac proficiency
Chase
Must be proficient in the English language – both writing and reading

Non negotiable: Experience of 8-10 years marketing, advertising or communications field

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Multitasking and strong admin skills
Self, time and people management skills
Experience in writing of briefs/reports/presentations
