My client, a leading and progressive player in the education sector, is looking for a dynamic Group Collections Manager to take charge of their national collections strategy. This is not just another finance role — it’s an opportunity to shape processes, drive performance, and influence the future of education in South Africa.

As Group Collections Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind fee recovery and financial sustainability across multiple schools.

Your mission: ensure healthy cash flow, protect the organisation against financial risks, and keep everything fully compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s debt recovery strategy in line with financial targets.

• Lead and mentor regional collections teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Partner with school Principals, Finance, and Legal to resolve disputes and streamline processes.

• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring compliance with credit laws and regulations.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and technologies to boost efficiency.

• Optimise collections practices using best-in-class tools and methodologies.
