POSITION INFO:
Are you a CA(SA) with strong group reporting and consolidation experience, ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? Our client is a well-established organisation operating across the engineering, mining and manufacturing sectors , with a diverse group structure and an international footprint. They are looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager to take ownership of group financial reporting and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and transparency across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior finance professional who thrives in a complex, multi-entity environment and enjoys working across borders, engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating technically demanding reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of group financial reporting across multiple entities Manage and review complex group consolidations Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting across various jurisdictions Coordinate the financial reporting requirements of entities across multiple international countries Partner with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the group Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, reporting requirements and internal policies Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) 5-7 years' post article experience Strong experience in group reporting and complex consolidations Apply now!
