JOB SUMMARY:
An all rounded; listed on JSE concern is looking for a well-rounded, analytical and well-spoken Group Financial Accountant â Newly qualified CA(SA)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a Top 40 JSE company and one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of FMCG products in South Africa.

As Group Financial Accountant you will be responsible for:

Oversee the accounts of subsidiary companies within the group
Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
Forecast costs and revenues
Manage tax payments
Organize internal audits
Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
Analyze financial trends
Perform month-end and year-end close processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
FMCG experience advantageous
