BCom Finance
BCom Honours in Finance
Completed Articles
5+ years in a similar role, in the motor industry
Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Products
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and people skills
Role Description and Requirements
Perform, oversee, and manage the financial activities of our multi-franchise dealerships.
Oversee, manage, and support the tasks performed by our bookkeepers/accountants, including cross-functional teams.
Cashflow Management
Planning & Forecast
Payments
Bank Account Reconciliations
Daily Performance Review of the dealerships
Debtors & Creditors Aging Analysis
Cash Outstanding for all divisions and accounts
Work In Progress report
Service Plan submissions and claims
Warranty submissions and claims
Inventory Aging & list of Vehicles Stock & Parts & Accessories Aging and list of stock
Fixed Assets Register Control
Commissions
Oversight on Payroll
Monthly monitoring of floorplan scoring
Expense Analysis and Trend Measurements
Balance Sheet Recons
Monthly Management Accounts
Statutory Returns for SARS VAT & PAYE and Stats SA
Petty cash control
Managing the External Audit Responsible for budgets, reporting and analysis of financials
