SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established logistics and shipping solutions company, is expanding and looking for a talented Group Financial Manager with a strong background in corporate finance and financial systems management.

POSITION INFO:
As the Group Financial Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, guiding our financial strategy and overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role requires a candidate with proven expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis, and forecasting, as well as a robust understanding of financial systems and structures.

Duties:

Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies to support the company’s growth and objectives
Oversee corporate finance functions, including budgeting, cash flow, and asset management
Manage financial systems and processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom or BSC)
CPA, Masters, or Honours Degree is advantageous
Proven experience in a Financial Director or similar senior finance role
Detailed knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
