This prestigious company is currently seeking a Group Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team in Johannesburg North. Duties:

• Lead the financial consolidation process for the entire group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of group financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting
• Manage and optimise the group’s financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Take the lead in financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to the executive team based on consolidated financial data.
• Collaborate closely with various business units and divisions to align financial reporting with group-wide objectives.

• Qualifications:
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a strong academic background and professional credentials.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a group-level financial consolidation and reporting role, ideally within a listed entity.
