POSITION INFO:

Listed Group of companies is in the marketing for a CA(SA) that has strong IFRS, Consolidations and Reporting.

The client has a small staff turn over and has been highly recognised in their field. The company creates a sustainable space for their people to work.

This role reports to the CFO who has been nominated for the CFO SA award.

Non-negotiable requirements:

- 4 years min. People

- Property industry or JSE Listing experience

- CA(SA) qualification

- Consolidation of financial information

- Financial analysis expertise

- Reporting ( Monthly, quarterly and annually)

- SENS reporting

Main Duties:

- Dealing with accounting technical matters/ liaising with the financial team

- Financial reporting to shareholders and Investor relations.

- Internal focused reporting

- Production and consolidation of managment reports, statutory financial statements and overall reporting.

- Consolidation of Financial information

- Financial analysis

- Reporting

- Projects

- Financial forecasting and budgeting
